Six areas. One point of contact.
A company that starts operating in Germany from abroad meets a system that differs from its own in almost every detail: its own chart of accounts, its own deadlines, its own audit practice. The rules are no harder than elsewhere, but they are different, and they forgive little.
The costliest friction rarely arises in the bookkeeping itself, but at its edges. A VAT registration has to be in place before the first taxable transaction is carried out, whether or not there is a German establishment. An installation project can create a permanent establishment after a few months without anyone having registered it. And since 2025, a tax audit requires transfer pricing documentation within 30 days, without being asked.
FRADECO covers these areas in one place: from setting up in Germany through financial accounting and HGB annual accounts, tax and deadlines and German payroll to advice on group structures. We work in German, French and English, and deliver figures that are correct in Germany and can be used at group headquarters without translation.
