Why FRADECO
Two tax systems, one desk.
FRADECO does not work with a partner firm across the border; it consists of two companies of its own, FRADECO GmbH in the Bonn area and FRADECO SAS in Paris. Both founders are qualified professionals in Germany and in France.
For the day-to-day work that means an engagement does not end at the border. Whoever keeps the books of a German subsidiary here is dealing at the same time with a French or international head office, with a reporting package, a tax audit in Germany and a query from Paris, often on the same day.
That is more demanding than looking after purely domestic clients, and it is why we look for people who want to work their way into two systems rather than one. We work in German, French and English, though not all three from day one.
Areas
Where the work happens here.
Every engagement has a named team. Whoever keeps the books knows the business and is the same person who answers the phone. That applies to every area:
- Financial accounting: running books under SKR03 and SKR04, in our system or in the client's ERP.
- Payroll accounting: German payroll, social security, A1 certificates.
- Annual accounts: accounts under the HGB and reporting packages for group head office.
- Tax advice: VAT, corporate and trade tax, e-invoicing, support through tax audits.
